Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any services offered by Christi Pride, operating as Empowered To Overcome Life Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, purchasing a coaching package, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of Services

Empowered To Overcome Life Coaching provides Christian life coaching, biblically grounded instruction, and personal development programs. Our services are intended to support your spiritual growth, mindset renewal, and life purpose — rooted in the Word of God.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Payment Terms

All fees for coaching packages and programs are listed at the time of purchase and are due in full (or per the agreed payment plan) before services begin, unless otherwise arranged. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

In the case of payment plans, each installment is due according to the agreed schedule. We may send invoice reminders and payment links for upcoming installments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to services.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coaching Sessions

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund. We understand that emergencies arise — please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate reschedules on a case-by-case basis.

Programs & Packages

Due to the digital and faith-based nature of our programs, all sales are final once access has been granted or a session has been held. If you have a concern, please contact us.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, lack of engagement, or failure to complete program materials. We are committed to your success and encourage you to reach out if you are experiencing challenges.

5. ETO Program Purchase Terms

By completing your purchase for an ETO or Empowered To Overcome program, course, event, membership, package, or offer, you acknowledge and agree to the following additional terms.

All Sales Are Final

All payments made toward ETO or Empowered To Overcome programs are final and non-refundable. No refunds, cancellations, credits, or chargebacks will be issued once payment has been submitted.

Non-Transferable Purchase

Your enrollment, payment, and access are non-transferable. Your purchase cannot be transferred, exchanged, or applied as credit toward any other ETO or Empowered To Overcome product, coaching service, program, course, event, membership, or offer.

Payment Plan Agreement

If you select the 2-pay or 3-pay payment option, you agree to complete all required payments according to the payment plan you selected at checkout.

Payment plan amounts may vary by program, offer, and checkout link. The total payment plan price and installment breakdown will be provided before payment is submitted. For example, if a 2-pay option totals $530, the installment breakdown would be two payments of $265. If a 3-pay option totals $537, the installment breakdown would be three payments of $179.

Payment links will be sent according to your selected payment schedule. It is your responsibility to complete each payment by the due date provided.

Non-Payment Policy

Failure to complete any required payment may result in immediate loss of access to the applicable ETO or Empowered To Overcome program, including but not limited to live sessions, replays, course materials, workbooks, bonuses, resources, community access, and any other program-related content.

Access may remain restricted until the outstanding payment is completed. Empowered To Overcome reserves the right to permanently remove access if payment is not received.

Program Access

Access is granted only to the individual who completed the purchase. Login information, course materials, workbooks, recordings, links, and resources may not be shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, or given to another person.

Intellectual Property

All ETO and Empowered To Overcome content, including but not limited to teachings, workbooks, slides, videos, recordings, documents, prayers, declarations, frameworks, and resources, is the intellectual property of Empowered To Overcome and/or Christi Pride.

You may use the materials for your personal growth and participation in the program only. You may not reproduce, resell, teach, distribute, or repurpose the materials as your own.

Agreement to Terms

By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

6. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Show up with honesty, openness, and a willingness to do the work
• Complete any assignments, readings, or exercises as agreed
• Communicate openly if something is not working for you
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants in any group settings
• Use all program materials for personal use only

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website, programs, courses, and coaching materials — including written content, videos, workbooks, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Christi Pride / Empowered To Overcome Life Coaching and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any materials without express written permission. This includes sharing login credentials or program content with others who have not purchased access.

8. Confidentiality

We take your privacy and personal disclosures seriously. Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. However, we are obligated to break confidentiality if we believe there is risk of imminent harm to you or others, or as required by law.

In group programs or community spaces, you are expected to honor the privacy of fellow participants. What is shared in the group, stays in the group.

9. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Testimonials shared on our website reflect the experiences of individual clients. Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes will depend on your own effort, commitment, and unique circumstances. We believe God can do exceedingly and abundantly above all we ask or think — and we are here to walk alongside you in that journey.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christi Pride and Empowered To Overcome Life Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication first.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
